The worst thing that can happen to an entrepreneur is running out of money. When money is running out, a natural reaction is to try to save. But this, we know, is a vicious cycle. The more we try to save, the less we spend, the less we do, less gets done. Eventhing dribbled to a stop.
I’m not running out of money soon but it had been going lower since 2Q 2005. I know I need to spend more on hiring but I’m cutting back.
Need to find ways to overcome the staffing problem.
